Every Willup account includes complimentary access to the Willup Vault, a secure document storage system with the following features:
Storage Management: Users are responsible for managing their storage within the 500MB limit. If additional storage is needed, premium storage upgrades are available (see Section 8: Payment Terms).

Storage Management: If your vault reaches the 500MB storage limit, you will be notified and may need to either delete existing files or upgrade to a premium storage plan to continue uploading documents. We reserve the right to prevent further uploads once the limit is reached.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
All content, features, and functionality on Willup, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Willup and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide through our service. By using Willup, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our platform without express written permission from Willup.
Willup is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013. We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the following principles:

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment service provider, PayFast.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical failure preventing access to purchased services.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for our services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
